TRIBE RULES

Please follow the Community Rules listed below. Offenders will be immediately removed from the group.

1. Be Kind and Courteous

We are all members of this unique tribe created to build a welcoming community. Let’s treat everyone with respect. Healthy debates are natural, but kindness is required. Disrespect is an immediate ground for removal from the tribe.

2. No Promotions or Spam

Please use this group for the intention it is meant. Self-promotion, spam, and irrelevant links aren’t allowed.

3. No Graphic Photos

Please do not post graphic or disturbing photos, videos, and other media in this group. We do not allow content to be shared but, we can’t control what people do virtually. If you don’t want the photo to be shared outside of the group, don’t post it. If you see something posted in this group somewhere online, please email the group admin tribeoftravelers.info@gmail.com.

4. Respect Everyone's Privacy

Being a part of a tribe requires mutual trust. Authentic, expressive discussions make communities great, but may also be sensitive and private. What’s shared in our group should stay in our group.

5. Positive Space

Please use this space to promote positivity, support one another, and respect all members. If you need emergency help, please contact local emergency services first. If a group member threatens to harm themselves or someone else, then the group admin will inform the appropriate services.

6. No Hate Speech or Bullying

Make sure everyone feels safe. Bullying of any kind isn’t allowed, and degrading comments about race, ethnicity, religion, culture, sexual orientation, gender, or identity will not be tolerated and ground from immediate removal from the group.

7. Do Not Disclose Personal Information

DO NOT share your address, phone number, or email address on the Tribe of Travelers groups. Please email the group admin tribeoftravelers.info@gmail.com to report harassment. 

8. Protect Yourself

We are not responsible for contact made outside of the group or ToT Tours. We organize a plethora of group tours and travel so that our community feels safe when meeting each other. Use these as opportunities to meet members you admire or want to travel with.
