In the unlikely event, Tribe of Travelers have to cancel an excursion, for any reason well will offer our tribal members the following options: ​

A transfer, free of charge, to any future date at the same destination​

A transfer, free of charge, to any future date to a different destination of the same value

A transfer, free of charge, to any future date to a different destination of a different value - you pay the differenc

HOW WE GUARANTEE OUR EVENTS
In order for an event to be guaranteed we require the minimum group size to have been met (typically ten tribe members). Once your event is confirmed by our team, you can go ahead and organize your transportation.

We will confirm that a departure is going ahead no later than 30 days prior to travel.
