Our Story
How It Started
With ​a lust for travel, zeal for connecting with new friends, and one bland travel company under her belt, Tribe of Travelers founder and advent adventurer Tonyell Dasia Clyburn decided to look into immersive, high-end group day trips for like-minded people her age. The result of this search? Nada. Only off-the-shelf, low budget tours for retirees, seemed to exist. But what about people like her, in the prime of their lives, looking for something a little different? Something truly adventurous, but with comfort and luxury?

And so, the idea for Tribe of Travelers was birthed.

The Friendships
During your 20's and 60's, finding friends that are available to go travelling with is nearly impossible, and making new ones can be even harder. That's where we come in. ​
​
It's our mission to turn strangers into lifelong travel buddies worldwide using the power of travel. A pipe dream? Come along for the journey to find out. Our projections show that we can and will create over 10,000 friendships within our first year. Why? Because we are absolutely obsessed over group dynamic, making sure you feel like you're travelling with friends.

Events You Can't Replicate
Tribe of Travelers (ToT) events are made up of 'can't-do-by-yourself' excursions. ​
​
We intend to build years of experience curating events that cater to the needs of discerning 20-60 year olds, with local guides on the ground to help us ensure they're immersive and authentic.

With the help of our guides and feedback and data for our tribe, we have already fine-tuned and perfected every one of the adventures you can book today.

No More Hassle
It's our job to take the hassle out of travel planning for you. ​

We take care of all the logistics; once booked, all you need to do is turn up.
​
All our destinations come with a travel host, private driver and a local guide. Some excursions also include a local private chef and concierge to help you relax in between adventures. Our travel host will share advice on everything from what to wear and what to bring on your excursion.
We Are Not For Everyone
Group travel means you might not always have it your way, but that's all part of the experience.​
